EzyConn

The catalogue

Every process EzyConn runs — and the limit on each one.

A process is one job your business does over and over: booking a callout, moving an appointment, getting a question to the right person. EzyConn asks the questions in a fixed order, checks them against your own rules, and finishes with something real — an appointment in the diary, or a person holding the whole conversation.

It asks

The same questions a good receptionist asks, in the same order, worded from your own list of services.

It checks

Do we cover this postcode? Is that a number that dials? Is that time still free? Those are rules, not guesses — same answer every time.

It finishes

Booked, moved, cancelled, routed, or handed to a person with the transcript attached. Every process lists the endings it can reach.

Why we publish the limits: 15 of the 24 run end to end but stop short of something their name implies. Each of those pages says exactly what, in a section you cannot miss.

Home services

3 processes · 1 complete · 2 with a limit

HVAC, plumbing, electrical and any trade that drives to the customer.

The limit: The job sheet carries a postcode, not a street address, and you can offer three services.

  • HS-01Available now

    New service request

    Home services

You say what's wrong and where you are, and you leave the chat with a real appointment at a real time — not a promise that somebody will call you back.

  • HS-02Available, with a limit

Existing customer — move or cancel a booked visit

    Home services

You give the details the job is booked under and either pick a new time from what's actually free or cancel it — in the same conversation, without a phone call and without waiting for somebody to ring back.

  • HS-03Available, with a limit

Urgent callout — get a person on to it now

    Home services

You are not asked to pick a time slot.

Automotive

3 processes · 2 complete · 1 with a limit

Mobile mechanics and independent workshops.

The limit: No dealer management system, no VIN decode, no parts or warranty lookup.

  • AUTO-01Available now

    Service booking

    Automotive

You pick the service, you're shown times the garage actually has free, and you leave with one booked.

  • AUTO-02Available now

    Diagnostic or repair request

    Automotive

You say where the car is and what it's doing, and somebody is booked to come to it — you don't have to get it to a garage first.

  • AUTO-03Available, with a limit

Existing customer — move or cancel a booked service

    Automotive

You say which car it is and either take a new time from what the workshop genuinely has free or cancel it — without ringing at eight in the morning when everyone is already under a bonnet.

Aesthetics & beauty

3 processes · 1 complete · 2 with a limit

Salons, spas and clinics booking treatments.

The limit: Bookings and enquiries only. EzyConn does not answer questions about treatments or aftercare.

  • AESTH-01Available, with a limit

    Bridal, group and gift-voucher enquiries

    Aesthetics & beauty

You say what it is about and get a straight answer about who is picking it up, instead of a booking form that cannot cope with six bridesmaids.

  • AESTH-02Available now

    Treatment booking

    Aesthetics & beauty

You are shown times that are genuinely free for the length your treatment takes, and you leave with one booked.

  • AESTH-03Available, with a limit

Existing client — move or cancel an appointment

    Aesthetics & beauty

You move or cancel your own appointment in the chat, at eleven at night if that is when you remembered, instead of leaving a voicemail nobody picks up until the salon opens.

Retail & showroom

3 processes · 2 complete · 1 with a limit

Consultations, quotes and purchase appointments.

The limit: No stock lookup. EzyConn can quote a price from your list; it cannot tell anyone what is on the shelf.

Dental

3 processes · 1 complete · 2 with a limit

New patients, appointment changes and treatment enquiries.

The limit: Reception work only — scheduling and admin. No clinical questions, no triage.

  • DENTAL-01Available now

    New patient appointment

    Dental

You register and get an appointment in one conversation, at a time the practice really has, and a chatbot asks you nothing about your teeth.

  • DENTAL-02Available, with a limit

Existing patient — change a booked appointment

    Dental

You give the details the appointment is under and either pick a new time from what is genuinely free or cancel it — without ringing the practice at lunchtime.

  • DENTAL-03Available, with a limit

    Treatment, cost and plan enquiries

    Dental

You get a straight answer about who is picking your question up and that they have your details, in one exchange — rather than a booking form for a consultation you have not decided to have, or a figure guessed at you by a chatbot.

Healthcare

3 processes · 1 complete · 2 with a limit

Appointment scheduling and patient routing for practices.

The limit: Reception work only — scheduling and admin. No clinical questions, no triage, no emergencies.

  • HEALTH-01Available now

    Appointment scheduling

    Healthcare

You book the appointment you came for, at a time the clinic really has, without being asked a single question about your health.

  • HEALTH-02Available, with a limit

Existing patient — move or cancel an appointment

    Healthcare

You move or cancel your own appointment without holding on a switchboard, and you are never asked why or what is wrong with you.

  • HEALTH-03Available, with a limit

    Patient follow-up and routing

    Healthcare

You get to the right person the first time, and they already have your details and what it is about.

Wellness & fitness

3 processes · 1 complete · 2 with a limit

Studios, gyms and practitioners booking sessions.

The limit: Non-clinical by design. Memberships and billing questions go to a person.

  • WELL-01Available, with a limit

    Membership, billing and group enquiries

    Wellness & fitness

You get told who deals with it and that they have your details, rather than being offered an appointment for a question about a direct debit.

  • WELL-02Available now

    Session booking

    Wellness & fitness

You are shown times that genuinely fit the treatment you asked for — a three-hour package is not offered into a one-hour gap — and you leave with one booked.

  • WELL-03Available, with a limit

Existing client — move or cancel a session

    Wellness & fitness

You move or cancel your own session in the chat, at the moment you realise you cannot make it, instead of messaging somebody who is teaching.

Translation & interpretation

3 processes · 0 complete · 3 with a limit

Agencies capturing jobs and booking interpreters.

The limit: EzyConn captures and routes the job. It does not translate or interpret.

  • TR-01Available, with a limit

Translation request — capture the job to be quoted

    Translation & interpretation

You answer ten short questions instead of filling in a quote form and waiting, you see the language pair read back to you so a typo does not cost you a day, and a person picks it up with everything they need.

  • TR-02Available, with a limit

An enquiry about work already with us

    Translation & interpretation

You get told who is dealing with it and that they have your details, in one exchange, instead of sending a second email into the same inbox that has not answered the first one.

  • TR-03Available, with a limit

Interpreting assignment — book the session

    Translation & interpretation

You leave the chat with a real assignment booked at a real time, for the length that kind of assignment takes — not a form and a wait for somebody to check a diary.

How they are built

24 processes. 6 shapes.

A heating callout and an appliance repair are the same shape carrying different words — same questions, same rules, different numbers. That is why a new trade is a configuration change rather than a rebuild, and why the limits below repeat across an industry.

You go to them

3 processes

Check the postcode is one you cover, find out what the job is and how urgent, take contact details, offer times you are genuinely free, and book it.

They come to you

7 processes

Find out what they want booked, take their details, offer real open times on your own clock, and book it. No postcode question, because a salon has no catchment.

Capture a job to be quoted

1 process

Take the details of a job in your own questions, read the language pair back so a typo is caught while they are still there, and hand it over for a quote.

Get a person on it now

1 process

The job cannot wait for a diary. Check you cover the address, find out what happened, take a number that dials, and put a person on it. It books nothing, on purpose.

Pick the one that matches your day, and read what it cannot do.

Every process in this catalogue needs the Starter plan or above. Your own services, hours, timezone and coverage decide the wording it uses and the times it offers.
