New service request
You say what's wrong and where you are, and you leave the chat with a real appointment at a real time — not a promise that somebody will call you back.

Across Home services: The job sheet carries a postcode, not a street address, and you can offer three services.
The situation it is for
The call that arrives while everyone is on a job. This takes the whole booking — qualification, trade, contact details and a slot — without anybody picking up the phone.
Someone messages saying their heating's out or there's a leak. The bot checks they're in the area you cover, works out which trade it is, takes their name and number, offers real times from your diary and books the visit.
Who runs it
HVAC, plumbing and electrical contractors who travel to the customer's address.
It starts when somebody types
- “book a technician”
- “need a repair”
- “no heat”
- “no hot water”
- “leak”
- “power out”
- “schedule a visit”
The conversation
What it asks
7 questions, asked in this order. Every answer is written down for whoever picks the job up.
- 01Postal code
“What's the postal code where you need us?”
Decides the service area before anything else is promised.
- 02What you need
“What do you need help with — heating and cooling, plumbing, or electrical?”
Decides how long the appointment is, which item on your price list is booked, and how the next question is worded.
- Heating & cooling
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- 03How soon
“Is this an emergency, or can it wait for a scheduled visit?”
Written onto the appointment for whoever works it. It moves nobody up a queue — EzyConn has no priority queue and no callout deadline to sort into.
- Emergency — no heat, water or power
- Urgent — getting worse
- Routine — book me in
- 04Name
“And who should we put this down for?”
The name the appointment or enquiry is recorded under.
- 05Phone
“What's the best number to reach you on?”
The only way to reach the customer if anything changes.
- 06Email
“What's the best email address for the appointment and its confirmation?”
The email address it is recorded against.
- 07What's happening
“Briefly, what's going wrong?”
Lets whoever attends arrive prepared; the service decides how it is worded.
Those options are the starting set. The services you configure — and, where a process asks for them, the languages you work in — replace them, and the wording follows.
The rules that run
Checks, not judgement calls. The same answer every time, from your own settings.
- Do we cover this postcode?
- Is this a number that actually dials?
- Is this time still free?
What you need set up
Settings in your own account. Nothing here is guessed on your behalf.
- Your opening hours
- Your timezone
- The postcodes you cover
- Your services, their length and their price
- Your price list
Without your hours and timezone there are no times to offer, so the process hands every customer to a person instead of inventing one.
How it can end
The complete list. There is no other ending it can reach.
- Appointment booked
- Outside the area you cover
- Nothing free — handed to a person
- Handed to a person
- Visitor left
- Something went wrong — handed to a person

The limits
This process runs end to end. These are the boundaries it still has, published with it so nobody finds them on a Tuesday afternoon with a customer waiting.
- A confirmation email is sent. No SMS is sent from any process.
- Urgency is written onto the appointment for whoever works it.
- No individual member of staff is chosen.
- The bot does not know whether this person is already a customer. There is no step that reads an existing record, so a customer of ten years answers the same questions as a stranger.
More for home services
Built on the same engine and the same settings — you go to them is one of 6 shapes the whole catalogue is made from.
- HS-02Available, with a limit
Existing customer — move or cancel a booked visit
Home services
You give the details the job is booked under and either pick a new time from what's actually free or cancel it — in the same conversation, without a phone call and without waiting for somebody to ring back.
- HS-03Available, with a limit
Urgent callout — get a person on to it now
Home services
You are not asked to pick a time slot.
Run this one on your own hours, services and postcodes.
Starter and above. Your settings decide the wording, the durations, the prices and the times it offers — nothing on this page is a template you have to accept as written.
