How it runs

Step by step.

  1. Step 01

    A visitor asks a question

On your pricing page, at any hour, in any of 30 languages.
  2. Step 02

    AI answers and qualifies

It responds from your content, then asks a qualifying question or two.
  3. Step 03

    Details captured in chat

Name, email, and context collected in the conversation, not a form.
  4. Step 04

    Lead lands in your CRM

Synced to HubSpot or Salesforce, with your team notified in Slack or Teams.

Questions

Before you start.

How does EzyConn capture contact details without annoying visitors?
It earns them first. The AI answers the visitor’s actual question from your website content, then asks for a name and email in the flow of the conversation, for example to send over details or connect them with the right person. Because the ask comes after the help, it feels like a natural next step rather than a gate. You control when and how the ask happens through decision trees.
Can it qualify leads, or does it just collect email addresses?
It qualifies. Decision trees let you ask the questions your sales team already asks, such as company size, use case, or timeline, and branch on the answers. Workflow automation then routes by fit: strong matches go straight to sales with a notification in Slack or Microsoft Teams, while everyone else gets a helpful answer and lands in your CRM for nurture.
Does it work with our CRM and sales stack?
EzyConn integrates with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk, and Zapier, plus 30+ other tools, so captured leads and conversation transcripts land where your team already works. Through Zapier you can connect most other CRMs and marketing tools without writing code.

What EzyConn deliberately does not do is on the scope page.

Start with one process.

The free tier is enough to put this on a real page and route it to a real channel.
