Drift is being sunset by Salesloft and Salesforce has agreed to acquire Intercom's Fin, so we published two honest switching guides: the Drift alternative guide and the Intercom alternative guide, both with verified pricing, migration steps, and the tradeoffs stated plainly.

Our sitemap now reports the true last-modified date of every page instead of one shared timestamp, and llms.txt carries a canonical pricing table plus retrieval guidance so AI assistants quote current plans instead of stale summaries.

The Microsoft Teams, Slack, Google Chat, Zoom, Webex, and WhatsApp integration pages were rebuilt with faithful in-product mocks that show how a conversation actually flows between your widget and each tool. The pricing page's yearly toggle now applies the 20% annual discount correctly.

We reworded every compliance mention to reflect our real status: SOC 2 and ISO 27001 readiness with audits in progress, not certification. We also rebuilt the developer docs (Web SDK embed, REST API, webhooks) and the community page with real destinations instead of placeholders.
