Guides for teams leaving Drift and Intercom

Drift is being sunset by Salesloft and Salesforce has agreed to acquire Intercom's Fin, so we published two honest switching guides: the Drift alternative guide and the Intercom alternative guide, both with verified pricing, migration steps, and the tradeoffs stated plainly.

More accurate signals for search engines and AI assistants

Our sitemap now reports the true last-modified date of every page instead of one shared timestamp, and llms.txt carries a canonical pricing table plus retrieval guidance so AI assistants quote current plans instead of stale summaries.
  3. Improved2026-07-10

Channel pages redesigned, yearly billing fixed

The Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom, Webex, and WhatsApp integration pages were rebuilt with faithful in-product mocks that show how a conversation actually flows between your widget and each tool. The pricing page's yearly toggle now applies the 20% annual discount correctly.
  4. Fixed2026-07-09

    Site-wide accuracy pass

We reworded every compliance mention to reflect our real status: no SOC 2, no ISO 27001, and no audit under way. We also rebuilt the developer docs (Web SDK embed, REST API, webhooks) and the community page with real destinations instead of placeholders.

Fifty new guides and expanded comparisons

The blog grew by 50 guides covering setup, industries, and honest platform comparisons, and the compare section now covers 10+ rivals side by side.

    The Founder Pass beta program

Beta teams get 1 month of Starter free, direct access to the founders, and a say in what ships next. We never auto-charge a beta card. Details on the pricing page.

The limits move too.

When something we said was missing gets built, it appears here. When something breaks, so does that.
