- Is the Free plan a trial?
- No. It does not expire. It covers 2 people and 500 messages a month, and the EzyConn badge stays on the chat; removing it starts at Professional. Free is for seeing whether the agent answers your questions well; workflows and the phone line start at Starter.
- Do you charge per agent?
- No. Each plan is one price for the workspace. There is still a seat allowance (1 on Free, 3 on Starter, 10 on Professional), and we would rather print that than call it unlimited.
- What actually changes at Starter?
- Everything that makes EzyConn more than a chatbot: workflows, voice, ai actions and outbound campaigns, including the 24 published processes. If you are evaluating the product properly, Starter is the plan to evaluate.
- What is Enterprise for, honestly?
- Seat volume and commercial terms: invoicing, a DPA, a support commitment.
- Do I pay for the phone line?
- Not to us. You connect your own Twilio account, so call minutes are billed by Twilio at their rate. EzyConn does not resell or mark up minutes.
- Can I change plan later?
- Yes, in either direction. What each plan grants is decided by one matrix, so a change takes effect on the same rules this page is generated from.
