Session booking
You are shown times that genuinely fit the treatment you asked for — a three-hour package is not offered into a one-hour gap — and you leave with one booked.

Across Wellness & fitness: Non-clinical by design. Memberships and billing questions go to a person.
The situation it is for
Treatment lengths vary from one hour to three, and the mistake that costs a spa a day is booking the long one into a short gap.
A guest wants a massage, a facial or a half-day package. The bot asks which, takes their details, offers the times you actually have free for that length, and books it.
Who runs it
Day spas, massage studios and non-medical wellness businesses.
It starts when somebody types
- “book a massage”
- “spa booking”
- “book a treatment”
- “book a facial”
- “spa day”
The conversation
What it asks
6 questions, asked in this order. Every answer is written down for whoever picks the job up.
- 01What you need
“What would you like — a massage, a facial, or the half-day package?”
Decides how long the appointment is, which item on your price list is booked, and how the next question is worded.
- Massage
- Facial
- Half-day package
- 02How soon
“How soon would you like to come in?”
Written onto the appointment for whoever works it. It moves nobody up a queue — EzyConn has no priority queue and no callout deadline to sort into.
- Whenever you can fit me in
- Sometime this week
- I'm booking ahead
- 03Name
“And who should we put this down for?”
The name the appointment or enquiry is recorded under.
- 04Phone
“What's the best number to reach you on?”
The only way to reach the customer if anything changes.
- 05Email
“What's the best email address for the appointment and its confirmation?”
The email address it is recorded against.
- 06Anything we should know
“Anything you'd like us to know before you arrive?”
Context for whoever takes the appointment.
Those options are the starting set. The services you configure — and, where a process asks for them, the languages you work in — replace them, and the wording follows.
The rules that run
Checks, not judgement calls. The same answer every time, from your own settings.
- Is this a number that actually dials?
- Is this time still free?
What you need set up
Settings in your own account. Nothing here is guessed on your behalf.
- Your opening hours
- Your timezone
- Your services, their length and their price
- Your price list
Without your hours and timezone there are no times to offer, so the process hands every customer to a person instead of inventing one.
How it can end
The complete list. There is no other ending it can reach.
- Appointment booked
- Nothing free — handed to a person
- Handed to a person
- Visitor left
- Something went wrong — handed to a person

The limits
This process runs end to end. These are the boundaries it still has, published with it so nobody finds them on a Tuesday afternoon with a customer waiting.
- The bot never presents itself as a clinician, never gives clinical advice, and never decides what a person needs.
- A confirmation email is sent. No SMS is sent from any process.
- No individual member of staff is chosen.
- No money changes hands inside a process.
- No therapist is chosen — there is no per-person calendar.
- The free-text note must stay non-medical.

Existing client — move or cancel a session
Wellness & fitness
You move or cancel your own session in the chat, at the moment you realise you cannot make it, instead of messaging somebody who is teaching.
Run this one on your own hours, services and postcodes.
