Worked example Relay Analytics, a trial admin in Lisbon.
A worked example. At 23:40 in Lisbon, with the support team offline, a trial admin asks how to invite 40 teammates and whether there is volume pricing. EzyConn answers from the help centre and mentions the page it used, a rule tags the pricing half as sales, and it books a call with the sales team for Wednesday at 10:00.
The moment
The question that decides a trial arrives at 23:40
Inês is evaluating Relay Analytics for a team of 40. At 23:40 in Lisbon she asks how to invite them all, and whether there is volume pricing.
Your support desk is in Berlin, where it is already Wednesday. Left for the morning, her question waits eight hours and twenty minutes, on a trial that is counting down.
EzyConn answers it at 23:40. This is what it does with it.
How it works
One message, followed from the help centre to the calendar
- 01
It answers from your help centre
It reads the help centre and docs you point it at, and mentions the page each answer came from. When no page covers a question, it says so instead of guessing.
- 02
Your rule tags the sales question
A rule you write, such as “the message contains pricing”, tags the conversation Sales. The same words get the same tag, every time.
- 03
It asks what sales needs to know
Your instructions say what to ask a buyer first. Here, how many seats and when they start, so nobody asks again on the call.
- 04
It books the call
It offers only times inside the sales team’s hours that are genuinely free, checks the calendar you connect, and books the one she picks. Her confirmation goes by email.
- 05
Your team picks it up
The call is in your appointments, and the whole conversation, tagged Sales, is in the inbox. Nobody asks her to start again.
In your world
Four messages your queue gets every week, and where each one goes
Answered when your docs cover it. Booked when your rule says it is sales. With a person, and the whole thread, when it is neither.
How-to
“How do I schedule a weekly report to my inbox?”
Answered from your help centre, and it mentions the page it used.
Sales
“Can we see a demo before we roll this out to 25 people?”
Tagged Sales by your rule, asked your two questions, then booked.
Bug
“Exports have failed since this morning.”
No page explains a live fault, so it won’t guess. It offers a person and never promises a fix time.
Security review
“Can I talk to someone about our security review?”
Asking for a person brings one in, with everything said so far.
Worked example
Booked for 10:00 while your sales team slept
One conversation on Relay Analytics’s website, Tuesday night, with the clock left in. Eleven minutes, one call booked, and one question it passed to a person.
- 23:40:06InêsHow do I invite 40 teammates? And is there volume pricing?

What your team opens at 09:00 Berlin
Not a customer and not a quote: one illustrative run, start to finish. The chat in the corner of this page is EzyConn, answering from our own site, if you want to try your own.
Where it answers
It answers wherever your users already write
Your website first, because that is where a trial starts. Then the inboxes your users write to, all in one list, answered from the tools your team already has open.
Where your users write
- Your websiteYour marketing site, your docs and inside your app: one script tag on any page you control.
- EmailYour support address, in the same inbox. AI replies to email come with Professional.
- WhatsAppFor users who would rather message than open a ticket.
- TelegramTwo-way, with a person able to take over.
Where your team replies
- SlackWhere your team replies, both ways. What they type reaches the customer.
Trust
Everything it did is on the record
Tags come from your rules, not the model
A rule matches on what the message says. The same words get the same tag every time, so you know where a conversation goes before it arrives.
Everything it did, written down
The activity log lists everything your assistant and your team did, newest first. An audit log of who changed what comes with Professional.
Your workspace stays yours
Each workspace is isolated at the API, two-factor sign-in can be switched on, and the credentials you store are encrypted.
Your own AI key, if you want one
Bring an OpenAI, Anthropic or Google key and your traffic runs under your account. It is stored encrypted and never shown again.
Conversations and bookings leave through a signed webhook to your own endpoint, or through Zapier. Each person signs in to their own account.
Going live
On your help centre today, booking calls tomorrow
- 1Point it at your help centre. Add one page and let it find the others on the site. Files, your own text and exact questions and answers can go in too.
- 2Set the sales team’s hours. Opening hours, a timezone and a service to book, such as a call with the sales team. Connect Google Calendar or Microsoft 365 so it skips times you are busy.
- 3Write the sales rule. A rule that tags messages containing pricing or seats as Sales, and instructions for what to ask first.
- 4Paste one line on your site. On your marketing site, your docs, or inside your app.
- 5Connect Slack. Your team replies from there, and the reply reaches the customer.
The plan a SaaS team lands on
- FreeAnswers from your help centre and hands over with the conversation. 1 agent seat, plus you.
- StarterBooks callsThe booked call in this story, and AI Actions that call your own API. 3 agent seats and 3 assistants.
- ProfessionalAudit logs, no EzyConn badge, and the database-query tool. 10 agent seats and 10 assistants.
- EnterpriseHigher caps on seats and assistants, agreed on commercial terms.
Questions
What SaaS teams ask before switching it on
Not covered here? The chat in the corner of this page is EzyConn, answering from our own site.
How do we add help-centre articles that sit behind a login?
Upload them as files (PDF, Word, plain text, Markdown or CSV), paste the text in, or add exact questions and answers, which it uses first.
When we change an article, how does it pick up the change?
Re-read the page from the portal after you change it.
How do conversations reach HubSpot, Salesforce, Intercom or Zendesk?
Conversations and bookings leave through a signed webhook to your own endpoint, or through Zapier, and from there into your CRM.
How is our workspace kept secure?
The security page describes it mechanism by mechanism: workspace isolation, two-factor sign-in, encrypted credentials, and audit logs on Professional.
Who is the call booked with?
With your sales team as a whole, in the assistant’s diary and inside the hours you set. Connect Google Calendar or Microsoft 365 and it skips times you are already busy.
What happens to a question it cannot answer?
When no page is close enough, it says it could not find the answer instead of guessing, and offers a person. If the customer accepts, or asks for someone at any point, the conversation is handed over with the whole transcript, and your team replies from the inbox or Slack.
Can it look things up in our own product?
Yes. An AI Action calls an address you define on your own API, from Starter. The database tool runs read-only SELECT queries against a MySQL, PostgreSQL or SQL Server database you connect, from Professional.
Which plan does a SaaS team need?
Answering from your help centre and handing over work on Free. Booking calls for your sales team starts on Starter, with 3 agent seats plus you. Audit logs, removing the EzyConn badge and the database tool are on Professional, with 10 agent seats and 10 assistants. Prices are on the pricing page.
Does it answer in our users’ languages?
It replies in the language the customer wrote in, as long as you have ticked that language. There are 30 to choose from.
