Product
Seven parts.One conversation.
A customer sends a message. EzyConn works out what they want, asks the questions your process needs, checks the answers against your own rules, and finishes with something real — an appointment in the diary, an enquiry on the right desk, or a person holding the whole transcript.

What it replaces
Seven parts, so nobodyhas to write this down.
- 7
- partseach with its own page and its own limit
- 24
- published processesthe parts are configured, not drawn
- 8
- industriesthree processes written for each
- 01
The AI agent
Answers questions from your own pages and documents, in the customer’s language, with the source it used.
Every plan
The safety gate that screens incoming messages runs on the website widget only.
- 02
Workflows
24 published business processes built from 6 shapes and eleven step types, with your own rules deciding the branches.
Starter
You install a process from the catalogue and configure it. There is no drag-and-drop builder.
- 03
Bookings
Real openings from your hours, your timezone and your service lengths — booked, moved or cancelled inside the conversation.
Every plan
It only knows about appointments EzyConn made. There is no Google, Outlook or Calendly sync.
- 04
Voice
Your phone line answered by the same agent, on your own Twilio number, with your own call minutes.
Starter
Inbound calls only. EzyConn never dials out.
- 05
Messaging
8 ways in — website, phone, WhatsApp, Slack, Teams, Telegram, email and Zoom — with one shared inbox and human takeover.
Every plan
SMS is a notification, not a conversation. Microsoft Teams is in beta.
- 06
Notifications
Sixteen moments where somebody should hear something, each switchable per audience and per channel.
Every plan
Two of the sixteen are not sending yet, and we name them on the page.
- 07
Analytics
Every run keeps its own timeline: which step ran, what the customer answered, which rule decided what, and how it ended.
Every plan
No resolution rate, no deflection rate, no CSAT, no ROI figure. We cannot source one.
Where it stops
The same limits apply to all seven.
These are not caveats buried in a footnote. They decide whether EzyConn is the right tool for you, and it is cheaper for both of us if you find out now.
Nothing leaves through a connector
EzyConn has no CRM, dealer-management, practice-management, EHR, order-management or field-service connector, and it does not sync with Google Calendar, Outlook or Calendly. Availability is worked out from bookings EzyConn made itself. Everything else leaves through Zapier or a webhook.
No certifications, no logos, no numbers
EzyConn is not SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA or PCI DSS certified, and will not sign a BAA. There is no uptime commitment. We have no customer names or case studies we are allowed to publish, so there are none on this site.
Every plan has a cap
Seats, workspaces, connected integrations and messages are all metered on every tier, including the free one — Free 1 agent, Starter 3 agents, Professional 10 agents, Enterprise large teams, and the account owner is not counted as an agent.
Start where your day actually hurts.
If the phone rings while you are under a sink, read Voice. If enquiries pile up in four inboxes, read Messaging. If you want to see the whole catalogue first, all 24 processes are published with their real status.
