Questions
Before you start.
- What kinds of questions can the AI actually answer?
- Anything your published content already answers: shipping and return policies, pricing, plan differences, how-to and setup questions, compatibility, and product details. EzyConn crawls your website with no code and re-crawls it nightly, so its answers track your pages. It does not look up live order or account data; questions that need account access are handed to a human with the full conversation attached.
- How does the human handoff work?
- Every AI answer carries a confidence score. When confidence drops below the threshold you set, or a customer asks for a person, the conversation moves to your team with the transcript intact. Your agents pick it up in the shared inbox or reply directly from Microsoft Teams, Slack, or Zoom, and the customer stays in the same chat window the whole time.
- How much of our support volume can it take on?
- It depends on how much of your volume is repetitive and how well your pages answer it, so we will not promise a number for your team. What we can share as a beta observation: beta teams see up to 80% of questions resolved automatically. The analytics dashboard shows your own resolution rate from day one, so you can judge it on your traffic, not ours.
What EzyConn deliberately does not do is on the scope page.
Start with one process.
The free tier is enough to put this on a real page and route it to a real channel.
