AI chatbot for portals, marketplaces and agencies
Every portal answered. Every exception routed.
For admissions portals, marketplaces, property portals and agencies running several brands. EzyConn answers from each portal’s own pages, sends what it should not decide to the right desk with the transcript, and books the call.
- Free plan, no card
- Up to 10 assistants on Professional
The admissions inbox at 23:05 on Sunday. The desk is closed until Mon 09:00 and applications close at Mon 12:00. Questions arrive through the night and are answered. Aisha Bello’s question about a provisional certificate is handed to the admissions desk, and a counselling call is booked for Thursday at 11:00.
The night before the deadline
The busiest night of your year starts after the desk goes home
Applicants read the small print on deadline eve. The questions arrive on Sunday night; the desk opens at 09:00 on Monday, three hours before applications close.
One of them arrived at 23:05. Here is what EzyConn does with it.
How it works
One question answered, routed and booked in five steps
The 23:05 question, from the applicant’s message to a call in the desk’s diary.
- 01
It answers from your own pages
The document rules and the counselling dates come from the portal’s own pages, and the reply shows which page it used.
- 02
Your rule spots the exception
Results that arrive after enrolment closes are not on any page. A rule you set sends document exceptions to admissions, so it stops instead of guessing.
- 03
The desk gets the whole conversation
The admissions desk is told by email and in the inbox, with every message attached, so nobody asks the applicant to start again.
- 04
It offers times the desk is free
Times come from the desk’s hours and the Google or Microsoft 365 calendar it connects, and each is checked again before it is booked.
- 05
It books the call and records it
The counselling call goes in the desk’s diary, the confirmation goes by email, and the outcome is recorded in your reports.
Hand-over rules and booking start on Starter. See what each plan includes
That was one portal. Most teams run more than one.
Portals, marketplaces, agencies
One assistant per portal or brand, each with its own desk
Each assistant reads its own pages and keeps its own hours and look, and only the people you give it can reply to its conversations.
Admissions portal
Document and date questions answered from your pages. Exceptions go to the admissions desk, and counselling calls go in its diary.
Admissions and student questionsMarketplace

Viewing requests booked into the lettings desk’s diary, and listing questions answered from the listing page.
Leasing and viewing enquiriesAgency with client sites
One assistant per client, on the client’s own site and in its colours. Each client’s people reply to their own.
Running assistants for clients
Up to 3 assistants on Starter, 10 on Professional and 999 on Enterprise. Removing the EzyConn badge, so a client’s site shows only the client, needs Professional.
Here is the 23:05 conversation in full, with the clock left in.

Is a provisional certificate accepted? And when does counselling open?
- EzyConn
Yes, if your final certificate reaches us before enrolment closes. Counselling opens on Thursday at 09:00.

My board publishes results after enrolment closes. Can I still apply?
- EzyConn
Our pages do not cover that, so I won’t guess. I have passed this conversation to the admissions desk, and they will see everything you have written.

Several brands in one account raises a fair question: what keeps them apart?
Trust
Every desk kept apart, and every change on the record
How several brands share one account without reading each other’s conversations.
Each assistant’s records stay with it
Every request is checked at the API against the assistants that person may reach. A request for any other conversation is refused, not filtered.
People reach only the desks you give them
Invite someone as an admin or a member, pick the assistants they reply to, and set how many chats they take at once. Admins also manage settings on every assistant.
Who changed what, and from where
The audit log names the person, the change and where it was made from. It comes with Professional and above.
Each person signs in as themselves
Each person signs in with their own login and two-factor authentication.
With that settled, this is how the first portal goes live.
Going live
Start with one portal, then add the next brand
Four steps for each portal. The first gets it answering; the other three decide who it hands over to, and when.
- 1
Give it the portal’s address
It reads the pages it will answer from. Add files or text for anything the site does not say.
- 2
Choose the desk
Pick who replies to this assistant and how many chats each person takes at once.
- 3
Connect the desk’s calendar
Google Calendar or Microsoft 365, plus the desk’s hours, so it only offers times the desk is free.
- 4
Paste one line on the portal
Then repeat for the next brand: its own assistant, its own pages, its own desk.
The plan most multi-brand teams land on
Professional
- 10 assistants and 10 agent seats
- The EzyConn badge removed
- The audit log
One portal with a hand-over rule and booking starts on Starter. A larger estate is a conversation about Enterprise.
Still deciding? These are the questions portal teams ask first.
What portal teams ask before switching it on
Can an agency run assistants for its clients?
Yes. Each client gets its own assistant on its own site, and you can invite the client’s people to reply to theirs alone. Everyone who replies takes an agent seat (10 on Professional), and removing the EzyConn badge needs Professional.
How does an applicant book a call with a counsellor?
Times come from the desk’s hours and the calendar it connects, and the call is booked with the desk. The desk decides who takes it.
How does it connect to our CRM or admissions system?
Bookings, conversations and contact changes leave through Zapier or a signed webhook, and an AI Action (Starter and above) can call your own system during a conversation.
Which languages does it answer in?
30 languages. It replies in the language the applicant writes in, from the same pages and the same rules.
What does the desk see when a question is handed over?
The whole conversation, including what it had already answered. The desk is told by email and in the inbox, and its reply goes back to the applicant in the same conversation.
