EzyConn

For law firms

Every enquiry answered, before the other firm calls back

EzyConn answers people who find your firm at night and at weekends, from the pages and documents you publish. It takes their details and the facts of their matter, books a consultation into your diary, and brings in a lawyer when a question needs one.

  • Answers from your own pages
  • Books consultations
  • Hands over on a yes

A worked example: a visitor asks at 21:40 whether the firm handles workplace injury and what a first meeting costs. The agent answers from the firm’s injury and fees pages and books a free 30 minute consultation for Thursday at 14:00.

Worked exampleCalder Law, its fees and the chat are invented to show the flow. The agent answers only from what your firm publishes.

Where it helps

Where enquiries go missing, and what it costs

The moments a person cannot always be there for, and the questions that arrive before anyone is in.

  1. 21:40

    The search after dinner

People look for a lawyer outside office hours, often on a phone. A contact form asks them to wait until morning. A firm that answers keeps them.

  2. Monday 08:55

    The weekend backlog

Forms and voicemails from Saturday and Sunday land on the team at once. The enquiries answered first are the ones that become clients.

  3. All week

    The same five questions

Do you handle this kind of case? What does it cost? How long does it take? What should I bring? Can I see someone soon? Answered from your pages, the same way, every time.

  4. Before intake

    Matters you do not take

When your pages say which areas you cover, it says so plainly to anyone asking about one you do not. Your intake team spends its time on the matters you want.

What it does

Four jobs, done in your words and your diary

It answers from what you publish, books into your calendar, takes the details that matter, and brings in a person when it should.

  • Answers from your pages

“Do you work on a no win, no fee basis?”

From your practice area pages, fee pages and the documents you upload, with the source shown. Where your content is silent, it offers a person.

  • Books the first consultation

“Can I see someone this week?”

It offers open times, books one, and the booking lands in the Google or Microsoft 365 calendar you connect. It can cancel a booking when asked.

  • Takes the details first

“I want to talk about my divorce.”

Name and email before the chat starts, phone if you ask for it, and the matter in their own words, all in the conversation your team opens.

  • Brings in a lawyer

“Can I speak to someone now?”

It offers your team and, on a yes, assigns the chat to whoever your rule picks. Your colleague replies from the inbox or from Slack.

When a person is needed

A lawyer steps in the moment it matters

Anything that turns on the facts of a matter needs a person. It offers one, and the lawyer picks up the same chat.

  1. It offers, they choose

When your content does not cover a question, or the visitor asks for a person, it offers your team. Nobody is handed over without saying yes.

  2. Someone is assigned and told

By the rule you pick (round robin, least busy, most recently active, or by hand). The agent stops replying while a person holds it.

  3. Reply from the inbox or Slack

The reply lands in the chat the visitor is already in, on whichever channel they wrote.

  4. Hand it back in one click

With everything your colleague said still in the thread.

Worked exampleCalder Law and the people are invented, and the agent’s wording varies with your content. The hold message (“Thanks, I’m connecting you to a support specialist now”) is EzyConn’s own.

FAQ

Questions law firms ask before they switch it on

Answered from the product, not a brochure.

Who gives the legal advice?

A lawyer. It answers from your own pages and documents, shows the source, and offers a person for anything that depends on the facts of a matter.

Can it book a consultation?

Yes. Set your consultation up as a service with a length, connect Google Calendar or Microsoft 365, and it offers open times and books one. It can cancel a booking too.

Can conversations go to Clio or our case management system?

Yes. Conversation and message events go out through Zapier or a signed webhook as they happen, so you can copy them into the tool you already use.

What happens when nobody is free?

The visitor sees “All our agents are currently busy. We’ll notify you shortly.” and the conversation waits in your inbox for the first person who is.

Can clients reach it on WhatsApp or by email?

Yes. The same agent answers on your website, WhatsApp, Telegram, email and your phone line, from the same content.
