Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how EzyConn plans are billed, how to cancel, and how refunds work.

1. Try it before you pay

1 month free on every paid plan. No credit card required to start. After your free month, pay to continue: nothing is charged until you do. The Free plan does not expire, so you can keep using EzyConn on it for as long as you like.

2. How billing works

Paid plans are priced per workspace, not per agent, and billed in advance, monthly or yearly. Payments are processed by Razorpay and charged in Indian rupees:

• Starter: ₹2,499 a month, or ₹23,990 a year (list price $25 a month).
• Professional: ₹6,499 a month, or ₹62,390 a year (list price $95 a month).

Prices shown in other currencies on our website are list prices. If your card is not in rupees, your card provider converts the rupee amount at its own rate.

3. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from Billing in the EzyConn portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, then stops, and you will not be charged again. You can keep using the Free plan afterwards.

4. Refunds

Because every paid plan starts with a free month, payments are non-refundable. This includes partly used months and yearly plans. Cancelling stops all future charges.

If you were charged in error, for example twice for the same period or after you cancelled, write to us and we will put it right.

5. Changing plans

You can move to another plan at any time from Billing in the portal.

6. Delivery of the service

EzyConn is software delivered online, so nothing is shipped. Your workspace is ready as soon as you sign up, and a paid plan’s features are available as soon as your payment is confirmed.
