AI customer operations

AI that answers your customers— and books the job.

It qualifies the enquiry against your rules, offers times you are genuinely free, and books it. Anything it should not handle goes to a person with the whole conversation attached.

Free plan, no card. Or read what EzyConn does not do first — we publish that too.

Real wording from the process this product runs. The whole execution is below.

The afternoon this replaces

None of it needs judgement. All of it needs answering.

  1. 4:12pmA new customer messages the website. Nobody is at a desk.
  2. 4:38pmThe same question about coverage and price, for the ninth time today.
  3. 5:20pmSomeone rings to move Thursday. It goes to voicemail.
  4. 8:47pmAn enquiry arrives. It will be answered tomorrow, if it is remembered.

Three of those four end in something being booked, moved or written down — which is a process, not a conversation. That is the difference between a chatbot and this.

How it works

One enquiry, all the way through.

Most tools stop at a good answer. Follow this one from a message at nine at night to a booked job on your board — and watch the moments where a rule decides, rather than the model.

The full walk-through
  1. 01

    A message arrives

Nine at night, from a phone

Website widget, WhatsApp, Slack, Teams, Telegram, email — or your phone line, spoken. One agent behind all of them.

My boiler’s making a noise and there’s water under it. Can someone come out tomorrow?

  2. 02

    It reads the enquiry

    Intent, not keywords

It works out what is being asked and which of your processes handles it, then answers anything factual from your own pages and documents.

See it work

Three businesses. Three processes. Same engine.

Pick one. The agent's questions below are the exact wording those processes use in the product — read straight out of the definition that runs them.

Watch for the blue cards. Those are the moments a rule runs rather than the model answering — checking the postcode, checking the phone number, checking a time is really free.

Each walk-through ends with what the process actually produces, and the limitation that comes with it. We print both.

Process HS-01 · New service request

A walk-through, not a live chat. The agent’s questions are this process’s real wording; the customer’s replies are illustrative.

A paper diary open across two pages in a dark room, a shaft of light across the ruled columns

What it leaves behind

A row in the diary, not a note to call back.

Every process on this site ends in something you can point at — an appointment at a real time and a real length, or a person holding the whole transcript. Nothing ends in “someone will be in touch”.

The engine

A conversation that runs on rails.

Not a prompt and a hope. A process with steps, and three of those steps are deterministic checks the model never gets to overrule.

The catalogue

Your business does not answer questions. It runs processes.

24 are built and named. We publish which are complete and which carry a limit — 9 and 15 — because a process you cannot check is a promise.

Twenty-four processes. Six shapes.

An HVAC callout and an in-home appliance repair are the same shape carrying different data — same steps, same rules, different numbers. That is why a new trade is a configuration change, not a rebuild.

You go to them×3
Check the postcode is one you cover, find out what the job is and how urgent, take contact details, offer times you are genuinely free, and book it.
They come to you×7
Find out what they want booked, take their details, offer real open times on your own clock, and book it. No postcode question, because a salon has no catchment.
Get it to the right person×6
Nobody is booking anything. Work out what the enquiry is about, name the team that handles it, take contact details, and hand it to a person.
Change an existing appointment×6
Find the appointment they already have, then move it or cancel it — behind a confirmation, because it is the one step that undoes something.
Capture a job to be quoted×1
Take the details of a job in your own questions, read the language pair back so a typo is caught while they are still there, and hand it over for a quote.
Get a person on it now×1
The job cannot wait for a diary. Check you cover the address, find out what happened, take a number that dials, and put a person on it. It books nothing, on purpose.

Who this is for

The enquiry arrives at nine. The van goes out at eight.

24 processes across 8 industries, written for businesses that travel to a customer, run a diary, or hold a room.

Industries

Eight, and the honest edge of each.

Each has three processes built for it. The limit is on the row, not in a footnote — if your trade is not here EzyConn will still answer and route, it just has no process written for you yet.

Channels

One agent. Eight ways in — including your phone line.

The same agent that answers your website answers the call, on your own Twilio number. We do not resell minutes.

  • Your website

One script tag. Answers stream in as they are written.

  • Your phone line

Inbound calls answered and handled by the same agent.

You connect your own Twilio number. Inbound only — EzyConn does not make outbound calls.

  • WhatsApp

    Two-way, with human takeover.

  • Slack

Your team answers from the channel they already sit in.

  • Microsoft TeamsBeta

    Same as Slack, in Teams.

  • Telegram

    Two-way, with human takeover.

  • Email

    Inbound mail answered or routed.

  • Zoom

    Server-to-server app for meeting workflows.

Where the data goes

  • Zapier. Sixteen real events — every booking, conversation and contact change — into 6,000+ apps.
  • Webhooks. The same events, signed, straight to your own endpoint.
  • Twilio. Your own account, for the phone line and for SMS notifications.

Not built yet

HubSpot · Salesforce · Zendesk · Shopify · Stripe · Mailchimp — declared in the product's own integration catalogue and marked coming soon there. We list them so you can see what is missing, not to imply they work.

EzyConn has no CRM, dealer-management, practice-management, EHR, order-management or field-service connector, and it does not sync with Google Calendar, Outlook or Calendly. Availability is worked out from bookings EzyConn made itself. Everything else leaves through Zapier or a webhook.

Trust

We would rather show you the mechanism than a badge.

EzyConn is a young company. We have no certifications to display and no customer logos we are allowed to use. What we have is a product you can check.

  • Rules are rules, not guesses

Coverage, contact format and availability are deterministic checks. The same message gets the same answer every time, and the model is never asked whether you serve a postcode.

  • A safety gate runs before anything else

On the website widget, every message passes a deterministic gate before retrieval — no model call, about half a millisecond. It refused nothing across 720 ordinary booking messages in testing.

  • Every run is recorded

Each process run keeps its own timeline: which step ran, what the customer answered, which rule decided what, and how it ended. You can open a conversation from six weeks ago and see why it went the way it did.

  • One workspace cannot see another

Tenant scoping is enforced at the API on every workspace-owned record, not filtered in the interface.

  • Your plan is enforced, not suggested

What each tier includes is decided by one matrix, and the published version of it is generated by running every gate — so what this website says and what your account does cannot disagree.

  • A person is always the fallback

Three unproductive turns, an explicit request, or a message the gate will not answer, and the conversation goes to your team with the full transcript.

Not certified: SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI DSS. Not available: SSO/SAML, SCIM, data residency, self-hosted or air-gapped deployment. We are not going to print those logos and hope you do not check.

Where these numbers come from

Every number on this siteis generated, not written.

A build step imports the modules that enforce these limits and writes the values this site renders. Nobody retypes a figure into a marketing page, so the page and your account cannot disagree. If a gate moves, this section moves with it.

We are not asking you to find us trustworthy. We are telling you where each number comes from, so you do not have to.

Common questions

What does EzyConn actually do?
EzyConn answers customer enquiries across your website, phone line, WhatsApp, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Telegram and email. It asks the questions your process needs, checks them against your own rules — whether you cover a postcode, whether a phone number dials, whether a time is genuinely free — then books, moves or cancels the appointment, or hands the enquiry to a person with the full conversation attached.
Is EzyConn a chatbot?
It answers questions like one, but that is not the point of it. EzyConn runs business processes: 24 of them are built and published, across eight industries, and each ends in a real outcome — a booking row, a routed enquiry, or a handoff. Coverage, contact format and availability are deterministic checks rather than model judgement.
Can EzyConn answer the phone?
Yes, for inbound calls. You connect your own Twilio number and EzyConn answers with the same agent that handles your website and messaging. It does not make outbound calls.
Which industries does EzyConn support?
Eight, each with three published processes: home services, automotive, aesthetics and beauty, retail, dental, healthcare, wellness, and translation and interpretation. Dental, healthcare and aesthetics are administrative only — scheduling and routing, never clinical questions or triage.
What does EzyConn not do?
It has no CRM, practice-management, dealer-management or order-management connector, and no external calendar sync. It does not check stock, take payments, or handle clinical questions, triage or emergencies. It holds no SOC 2, ISO 27001 or HIPAA certification, and SSO is not built. We publish the full list.
Does EzyConn charge per agent?
No — plans are priced per workspace. Every plan does have a seat cap: Free includes one agent seat alongside the owner, Starter three, Professional ten. We publish the numbers rather than describing any plan as unlimited.
