Last updated: October 7, 2026
EzyConn talks to your customers on your behalf. This policy sets out how it may be used, so that every business on EzyConn, and every customer it talks to, can trust it. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Use it lawfully
Follow the laws that apply to you and to the people you talk to, including consumer protection, privacy and data protection, and marketing laws.
2. Messages and campaigns
Send outbound messages, WhatsApp templates, texts and emails only to people who have agreed to hear from you, and honour every request to stop. Follow the rules of each channel you connect, including the WhatsApp Business and Commerce policies and the terms of your telephone and email providers.
3. Be honest with your customers
- Do not use EzyConn to impersonate a person, a business or a public body.
- Do not mislead customers about who or what they are talking to. Where the law requires you to say that a customer is talking to an automated assistant, say so.
- Make sure the content your assistant answers from, such as prices, policies and opening hours, is accurate and kept up to date.
4. Content
Do not use EzyConn to create, send or store content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, harassing or sexually exploitative, or that contains malware or links to phishing.
5. Advice that needs a professional
Medical, legal and financial questions that need a professional judgement should reach a qualified person on your team. Set up the hand-over so that they do.
6. Personal data
- Collect only the personal data you need, and have a lawful basis for collecting it.
- Do not ask customers to share payment card numbers, passwords or government identity numbers in a conversation.
- If you connect a phone line, give callers any notice the law requires where you are and where they are.
7. Security and fair use
Do not try to break into, overload, probe or reverse engineer EzyConn, reach another customer’s data, or get around the limits of your plan.
8. If this policy is broken
We may pause an assistant, a channel or an account that breaks this policy, and we will tell you why. Serious or repeated breaches can lead us to close an account.
9. Reporting misuse
If you see EzyConn being misused, write to contact@ezyconn.com. EzyConn is a product of Omegaswift, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452010, India.
