Status

Service status

We do not publish an automated status page yet. This page used to show eight services all marked healthy — but the marks were fixed text, not measurements, so it would have said everything was fine in the middle of an outage. A status page that cannot go red is worse than none, so we took it down rather than leave it up.

If something looks wrong

Check whether it affects one channel or all of them. A widget that will not load and a phone line that will not answer are usually different problems with different causes.

Tell us with specifics

The workspace name, the channel, roughly when it started, and one affected conversation id if you have one. That turns a bug report into a fix.

What we will do

Reply with what we can see from our side, and tell you plainly whether it is us. If it is us, you will get the cause afterwards rather than a closed ticket.

Report an incident to support@ezyconn.com. A real status page, driven by the monitoring we already run internally, is on the list — it is not here yet, and we are not going to fake it in the meantime.
