3 processes for aesthetics & beauty · 1 complete
Booking for salons, spas and beauty clinicsthat knows a colour takes twice as long as a cut.
EzyConn books cuts, colours and treatments at your own lengths and your own prices, moves and cancels them when a client cannot make it, and takes bridal, group and gift-voucher enquiries to a person with the detail already gathered.
The problem
The salon floor, honestly
Four situations that need answering and need no judgement at all. Every one of them is somebody being interrupted, or a customer going somewhere else.
01
Everyone who could answer has their hands in someone’s hair
The phone rings mid-colour. It rings again at the backwash. Whoever runs to it apologises to two clients on the way, and the caller has already tried somewhere else.
02
A three-hour colour lost at four o’clock on a Friday
Chair time you cannot re-sell is the most expensive gap in the week, and the only thing that saves it is hearing early enough to fill it. Most of those calls come in the hour after you have shut.
03
A bridal enquiry does not fit a booking form
Six bridesmaids at staggered times on one morning is not one appointment, and a form that pretends it is loses the highest-value message the salon will get that month.
04
Eleven at night
The client remembers she cannot make Friday when the salon is dark. She leaves a voicemail nobody hears until nine, by which time the slot is unsellable.

Real enquiries
What arrives, and what happens to it.
Two of these end in a booking, and two deliberately do not — because a wedding and a gift voucher are not one person in one chair.
Do you have anything for a cut and colour on Saturday?
Only gaps that fit 150 minutes are offered, then booked
I'm getting married in June and need hair for me and four bridesmaids.
Named as bridal, details taken, passed to a person
Can I buy a gift voucher for my mum?
Named as a voucher enquiry, passed to reception
Can I push my colour back from Friday to the week after?
Appointment found, moved to a time that genuinely fits
I can't make tomorrow — I need to cancel.
Appointment found, confirmed, cancelled, chair released
The processes
Three processes, built for aesthetics & beauty.
Each one is published with its status. Complete means every step runs. Available with a limit means it runs and something named is missing — and the name of the missing thing is on this page and on the process page.
- AESTH-01Available, with a limit
Bridal, group and gift-voucher enquiries
You say what it is about and get a straight answer about who is picking it up, instead of a booking form that cannot cope with six bridesmaids.
Get it to the right person. Nobody is booking anything. Work out what the enquiry is about, name the team that handles it, take contact details, and hand it to a person.
- AESTH-02Available now
Treatment booking
You are shown times that are genuinely free for the length your treatment takes, and you leave with one booked.
They come to you. Find out what they want booked, take their details, offer real open times on your own clock, and book it. No postcode question, because a salon has no catchment.
- AESTH-03Available, with a limit
Existing client — move or cancel an appointment
You move or cancel your own appointment in the chat, at eleven at night if that is when you remembered, instead of leaving a voicemail nobody picks up until the salon opens.
Change an existing appointment. Find the appointment they already have, then move it or cancel it — behind a confirmation, because it is the one step that undoes something.
Every industry runs on the same handful of shapes carrying different data, which is why a new trade is a configuration change rather than a rebuild. Browse the whole catalogue.
The outcome
What a finished job looks like.
An appointment for the right length. A 150-minute cut and colour is never offered into a 90-minute gap, because the length comes from your own service list rather than a guess.

Appointment booked — treatment booking
These are the starting labels and lengths. You replace all of them with your own, and the times offered are computed from yours.

Enquiry captured and routed
Nothing is booked, on purpose. A person picks the conversation up already knowing which of these it is, who is asking and how to reach them.
- A wedding
- A group booking
- A gift voucher
It carries the client name, a number the format check accepted, an email, and any preference they typed. A confirmation email goes out. A cancellation frees the chair immediately and sends the client nothing — the chat window is their confirmation.
What you configure.
Your hours, your clock, your services with your own lengths and prices, and a live price-list entry behind each one so the booking points at something real.
Your opening hours
Your timezone
Your services, their length and their price
Your price list
Without opening hours and a timezone, a booking process offers nothing and hands every customer to a person. That is deliberate — an appointment at a time you are shut is worse than no appointment.
The limits
What EzyConn will not do for aesthetics & beauty.
One of these decides whether a salon can use this at all. It is first, and it is not softened.
Bookings and enquiries only. EzyConn does not answer questions about treatments or aftercare.
"With Jo" cannot be honoured, and is never offered
There is one diary for the business. There is no per-stylist calendar and no resource model in the product, so an appointment is written against the salon, not against a person. A column-based salon where clients book a named stylist should treat this as the deciding limit rather than a detail — it is the first question your regulars will ask.
A bridal party cannot be booked here
An appointment holds one client at one time, and a process creates exactly one. Six people at staggered times on one morning is six appointments with an order between them that nothing models. The bridal process says so and takes the enquiry to a person, rather than producing one appointment and a problem.
A gift voucher is a payment, and nothing here takes one
There is no payment step in any process and no voucher, credit or balance record anywhere in the product. Nothing is sold, quoted or redeemed in the chat — the enquiry is routed with a name, a number and an email.
No deposit, and no late-cancellation policy
A client cancelling an hour before is treated exactly like one cancelling a fortnight before. There is no notice-period rule and no way to charge a fee. A cancellation does raise an event you can pick up in Zapier or your own webhook, so the enforcement can live where your card details already do.
The bridal process reads no diary
It cannot say whether a wedding morning is free, because a wedding morning is a whole-team commitment and there is no staff calendar to check it against. And it quotes no figure, because a price list holds one flat price with no per-head or package variant.
No calendar sync, of any kind
Not Google Calendar, not Outlook, not Calendly. Availability is worked out only from appointments EzyConn made itself, so a time you blocked out in your own calendar is still offered to a customer.
No system connectors
There is no customer-record, scheduling-system, order or field-service connector in the product. Everything that leaves does so through Zapier or a signed webhook to your own endpoint.
The confirmation is an email, never a text message
No process sends SMS. The confirmation email is best-effort: if the queue behind it is down, a real appointment can be made without the email arriving. A cancellation sends the customer nothing at all — the chat window is their only confirmation.
Nothing is paid for in the conversation
There is no payment step anywhere in a process. No deposit, no card, no voucher, no balance.
A service area is a list of postcodes, not a radius
You give a list of postcodes or a prefix to match on, for one country. A radius is refused outright, and so is covering everywhere.
Every limit these three processes publish
Written by the people who built them, carried onto this page unedited, and shown in full on each process page.
- The team is NAMED, not ASSIGNED.
- A BRIDAL PARTY CANNOT BE BOOKED HERE, and that is a fact about the platform rather than a wording choice.
- No price is quoted for anything.
- A confirmation EMAIL is sent.
- No individual member of staff is chosen.
- No money changes hands inside a process.
- The free-text note must stay non-medical.
- A cancellation sends the customer NOTHING.
- IDENTIFICATION IS NOT AUTHENTICATION.
- A cancelled appointment is not RE-booked.
- A late-cancellation policy is NOT enforced and not mentioned.
Channels
Where your customers already are.
Salon clients message. They also ring when the message goes unanswered, so both routes end at the same diary.
WhatsApp
The channel most salon clients already use to send a screenshot of the colour they want. Two-way, with takeover.
Your website
The booking made at eleven at night, after the salon has shut.
Your phone line
Inbound calls answered on your own Twilio number when nobody can leave the floor.
You connect your own Twilio number. Inbound only — EzyConn does not make outbound calls.
Email
Bridal and group enquiries usually arrive here, and they are the ones worth catching.
Slack
Where reception picks up whatever the bot handed over.
EzyConn has no CRM, dealer-management, practice-management, EHR, order-management or field-service connector, and it does not sync with Google Calendar, Outlook or Calendly. Availability is worked out from bookings EzyConn made itself. Everything else leaves through Zapier or a webhook.
The product turns on at Starter.

Questions
What aesthetics & beauty businesses ask first.
- Can a client book with a particular stylist?
- No. There is one diary for the salon and no per-person calendar in the product, so an appointment names no stylist. "With Jo" is never offered in the conversation because it could not be honoured. If your clients book a named person, this is the limit that decides whether EzyConn fits.
- Does it know a colour takes longer than a cut?
- Yes, and that is the point of the service list. Each service carries your own length and your own price — a 150-minute cut and colour is only ever offered into a gap that genuinely fits 150 minutes, on your own opening hours and your own clock.
- Can it take a deposit for a long appointment?
- No. There is no payment step in any process — nothing is charged, held, refunded or reserved in the chat.
- Will it answer a question about a treatment?
- No. It does reception work: booking, moving, cancelling and routing. It does not advise on treatments, suitability or aftercare, and the free-text box on an appointment is deliberately worded to invite a preference rather than anything else, because it is stored as plain text.
- What happens to a bridal or hen party enquiry?
- It is recognised as one of three things — a wedding, a group booking or a gift voucher — the client is told which team picks it up, and a name, number and email are taken before they leave the chat. Nothing is booked and no price is given, because none of the three can be sold by the platform.
- Does it enforce our 24-hour cancellation policy?
- No. There is no notice-period rule and no payment step to charge a fee with. A cancellation does raise an event that reaches Zapier or your own webhook the moment it happens, which is where most salons already run their card-on-file rules.
