Our website does not set cookies. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics that follow you across other websites.

2. What is stored in your browser

Two small things are kept in your browser’s local storage, and only to make the site work for you:

• Your currency choice (ezc-currency, on ezyconn.com). It remembers the currency you picked for prices, so every page shows the same one. It stays until you clear it.
• The chat window’s session (ezyconn_widget_session_id and ezyconn_last_session, on api.ezyconn.com). The chat in the corner of the page is EzyConn itself. These identifiers link your browser to your conversation, so it carries on if you reload the page or come back later.

3. Measuring how the site is used

When we measure how the site is used, we count page views and clicks on a few key buttons, such as “Start free”. That measurement sets no cookies and collects no names, email addresses, IP-based location or anything you type. It switches itself off when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.

4. The EzyConn portal

The portal you use to run your assistant keeps you signed in with storage that is strictly necessary for that. How we handle account data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

5. Your choices

You can clear or block site storage in your browser settings at any time. The website keeps working: the chat simply starts a new conversation, and prices return to US dollars.
