How we build it
Four decisions that shape everything else
Not values. The reasons the product and this website look the way they do.
- A finished job, not a nice chat
- The unit of this product is something your business does over and over: asked in a fixed order, checked against your own rules, and finished with a record. A chat that ends in a good answer has not finished the job.
- Checks where it matters
- Coverage, contact format and availability are checks, not judgement. The model is never asked whether you serve a postcode, and the same message gets the same answer every time.
- A person when it should be
- When its content runs out, the agent says so and offers someone from your team, who takes the conversation over with everything said so far.
- Numbers from the product
- Every process is published with the status the product computes, and the figures on this site are generated from the product’s own data at build time.
