About

A young company, being specific about it.

EzyConn builds AI customer operations for service businesses — the trades, clinics, workshops and studios that run on appointments. We started in 2024. This page says what exists and what does not, because at our size that is the more useful half.

What we are building

Software for the hournobody is at the desk.

Most of the enquiries a service business loses arrive when everyone is on a job, or after the door is locked. EzyConn answers those, applies the rules the business already has, and books the work — and hands over anything it should not decide alone.

How we build it

Four decisions that shape everything else.

These are not values. They are the reasons the product and this website look the way they do.

  1. 01

    A process, not a conversation

The unit of this product is a job your business does over and over — asked in a fixed order, checked against your own rules, and finished with a record. A chat that ends in a good answer has not finished the job.

  2. 02

    Deterministic where it matters

Coverage, contact format and availability are checks, not judgement. The model is never asked whether you serve a postcode. The same message gets the same answer every time.

  3. 03

The limit is on the page

Every process is published with the status we compute rather than claim, and 6 capabilities are listed as declared-but-not-gated because that is what they are. One capability is listed as not built.

  4. 04

    Numbers are generated, not written

A build step imports the modules that enforce these limits and writes the values this site renders. Nobody retypes a figure into a marketing page, so the page and your account cannot disagree.

Where we are, stated plainly.

EzyConn is early. There are no customer stories to show you yet, and we will not invent any — the standard a story has to clear is published in advance. There are no security certifications, and the security page describes mechanisms rather than badges.

What there is: 24 processes you can read before you sign up, a page listing what the product cannot do, and every number on this site generated from the code that enforces it.
