AI customer operations, one trade at a time.
Eight industries have processes written for them — three each, published with a status we compute rather than claim. Every page below states the limit that industry has to live with before it describes anything EzyConn does well.
The eight
Pick the one that sounds like your week.
If your trade is not here, EzyConn will still answer and route — it just will not have a process written for you yet.

HVAC, plumbing, electrical and any trade that drives to the customer.
EzyConn checks the postcode, works out the trade, and books a real visit into your diary — from your website, phone line and WhatsApp. Limits published.

How to read these pages
Complete, or available with a limit.
Of the 24 published processes, 9 run every step they need and 15 run with something named missing. The status is worked out from what the product can actually do, so nothing here can be advertised that would not run.
- Available now
Every step runs. The customer leaves the conversation with a real appointment at a real time, on your hours, at your price, for the length you set.
- Available, with a limit
It runs, and something named is missing — a queue that does not exist, a record that cannot be read, a price that cannot be computed. The name of the missing thing is printed beside the claim, every time.
The product turns on at Starter: the processes, the phone line and custom actions all unlock there. See what each plan includes.
Questions
Before you pick one.
- What makes an industry page here different from a landing page?
- Each one is tied to three real processes in the product catalogue, and each process is published with a status that is computed rather than typed: complete, or available with a named limit. If a process lost a step tomorrow it would show as limited on these pages without anybody editing them.
- My trade is not one of the eight. Can I still use EzyConn?
- Yes, for answering and routing — the assistant answers from the content you train it on and hands anything else to a person. What you would not get is a process written for your trade. The eight below are the ones with published processes behind them.
- Are the processes custom-built for each industry?
- No, and it would be worse if they were. Twenty-four processes reduce to a handful of shapes carrying different data — the same steps, the same rules, different labels, lengths and prices. That is why the coverage check behaves identically for a plumber and for a flooring retailer, and why a new trade is a configuration change rather than a rebuild.
- Why do the dental, healthcare and aesthetics pages say so much about what they do not do?
- Because those three are administrative only. EzyConn does reception work in them — booking, moving, cancelling and routing — and it does not answer clinical questions, assess symptoms or triage anybody. Stating that first is the only honest way to sell into a practice.
- Where do you publish the things EzyConn cannot do?
- On every page. Each industry card below carries its own limit, each industry page has a full section of them, each process page publishes its own reduction, and there is a single scope page for the whole product.
