About the role
An AI agent that talks to customers has to be tested like a product and like a conversation. You will own release quality across the portal, the chat widget and the API, and help us test how the agent behaves: what it answers, when it hands over, and what happens at the edges.
What you will do
- Own test plans for each release across the portal, the chat widget and the API.
- Write and maintain automated end to end tests with Playwright, and API tests.
- Test the AI agent’s conversations: answers stay grounded in the business’s content, and hand-overs happen when they should.
- Test integrations such as WhatsApp, Slack and payments in their sandboxes.
- Write clear, reproducible bug reports and confirm the fixes.
What you bring
- 2 to 5 years of QA for web applications.
- Test automation with Playwright, Cypress or Selenium.
- API testing with Postman or in code.
- Basic SQL to check what the data says.
- Clear written English.
