The same fifteen problems,on rotation.

A published process you can read before you sign up. The wording below is the wording it uses — configured against your own hours, services and rules, not drawn on a canvas.

What it asks

The script, as the visitor sees it.

Not a paraphrase. This is the wording the process runs, in the order it runs it.

  1. My VPN keeps dropping on the office wifi.
  2. Try switching the VPN protocol to TCP in the client settings, then reconnect. That fixes most drops on our network. The full guide is in the VPN troubleshooting doc.
  3. Did that, still dropping every few minutes.
  4. Thanks for trying it. I am escalating this to the IT queue with your messages attached. Someone will reply to you right here in Teams.
  5. Perfect, thanks.

What it does

What it handles for you.

  • 01Meets employees where they already areThe bot lives in Microsoft Teams through a native integration, so nobody hunts for a portal login to ask why the printer queue is stuck.
  • 02Answers from your own runbooksThe AI trains on the IT documentation you point it at: setup guides, troubleshooting pages, and policy docs, re-crawled nightly as they change.
  • 03Escalates with contextWhen self-serve fails, the conversation moves to the shared inbox for IT staff, carrying everything the employee already tried.

Setting it up

What you configure.

  1. Step 01

Publish and crawl your IT docs

Point the no-code crawler at wherever your IT guides live on the web: an internal docs site, a help subdomain, or a set of published pages. The AI trains on them in minutes.
  2. Step 02

    Connect Microsoft Teams

Enable the native Teams integration so employees can message the bot directly in the app they already have open all day. Slack work the same way if your org is split.
  3. Step 03

    Define the escalation path

Set low-confidence handoff and add a workflow rule that routes unresolved chats to the IT team in the shared inbox, tagged by topic so hardware and access requests land with the right person.

Configure it against your own data.

Hours, services, durations and rules are yours. The process shape is shared, so there is nothing to draw.
